Awful experience. I was having very high hopes for this place. As soon as we walked in the girl in front desk was amazing and the nurse that took in vitals was very nice as well. Once the Dr. didn’t catch his name he was rude all around. He told my son in a very rude tone to get on the exam bed. He then continued to push my son to lay back as if he had something against us. My son was laying back slowly because he’s obviously having issues and it hurts him to lay down. So this man pushes him harshly to lay down. My husband g... read more
only place in vegas where you can do a walk in and get seen same day -besides having to go to the ER- They have 2 locations, i take all my kids to . Dr. Smith is the best at the North west office in my opinion. They see foster children , they accept most medicaid plans- They answer the phones. Friendly Medical assistant she goes to both offices i love her shes so good to my children. It's a family vibe in there honestly!
Staff is friendly and attentive. Dr . Is very good ! She never makes issues more than they are to have you keep coming back or prescribes unnecessary medicines . I’ve trusted her for 9 years now . Thank you!!
Awful service, when asking for my information the receptionist Jacky was yelling from the front desk than simply checking me in at the front she stated she had to much to do at once when nobody was at the desk. I did let her know hippa is a thing and we would not be returning. The office here is a joke no real medical services being done here. It’s been a handful of years since we’ve been to this clinic but I wanted to warn people it wasn’t great. Told me my child needed to eat apples to cure her chronic stomach issues. Since then have learned she’s lactose intolerant…..
