RecommendedDr. Battula was so caring and attentive to my sons needs. Doctors scare my little guy and she was able to establish trust quickly and fully examine him. The way she presented her plan of care really demonstrated the care she has for her patients 💕 and that’s rare to find! He is now doing much better and I am so grateful that I found a place I feel comfortable taking him when my primary care pediatrician is closed.
We took my 5y/o grandson in for flu like symptoms and the staff was so good. They talked to him and made him feel so comfortable. Kids are sometimes scared of the doctor but not here.
this place is horrible! it's very dirty, the poor fish tank is even dirty. not sure the toys in lobby have ever even been wiped down. the rooms are hot and you will never see the Ave doctor twice. Dr. spends 2 seconds with your kids doesn't seem to care. the only thing they have going for them is they are open weekends. the front desk lady has no clue what is going on. please save the hassle and do not the your baby's here!!
Wait time is less than an hour. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
I've taken my 3 kids for years and they are great
When it comes to the front desk.. They are horrible and very uncaring. They pass your files off like you don't matter. They are horrible at call backs and patient feedback. My family is to important to me to ever return to this heartless facility. SHAME ON YOU MARY AND LYDIA.. 2 Thumbs down. :(
