Scammers!!!! They do not submit pre-authorization to insurance to cover your bill. I wasn't told about the benefit fund until my child completed his therapy. Shavane knew about my acct and didn't reach out to me to help or make me aware. My insurance company said they did not submit proper documentation to them. They are still giving me the run around 2 yrs later. I'm contacting Warren MOORE because this is just ridiculous
I find it very hard to talk to anyone at the front entrance... the workers are very rude and unhelpful . I am getting my daughter therapy else where ...

Every month it is a challenge to get my son’s medication filled because we can’t get this site to approve it on time. It doesn’t matter how much time we give them, we spend days calling and getting voicemails and no help. Yet again here we are.... one pill left and no prescription request approval from this site. It’s such a disservice to the child who needs his meds and to the parents who need to waste time making phone call after phone call.
