I've been trying to make a speech and occupational therapy appointment for my son for WEEKS, and still nothing! Our doctor said it was urgent to be seen ASAP! I sent in the scripts, and even after a week y'all still didn't get the scripts that were sent by email which I was told would only take 24 hours to put in his file. When I called today, a whole week later the extremely rude woman said it's not on file. So we went back and forth, and I said I'll find someplace else. I called Bacharach in Pomona and got an appointment IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! Then shortly thereafter Children's Specialized called me to make an appointment for Speech and OT. I told the woman (who was extremely kind) what happened, and she said she's not sure what happened because the scripts I sent in ARE there and visible! What!? This is just crazy ridiculous! Our children deserve better! Smh. I suggest you update and reform the way you make appointments.

First of all until today I didn’t had any complaints about Children’s Specialized Hospital.. I am a mom of 3 kids who they all attend to the hospital for various reasons.. Today I got a phone call from your billing department and the lady on line was so not understanding or willing to help with what I was trying to say.. She called and said your daughter has a balance of amount and I said but is that the total amount because last time I made a payment they said that the balance was higher than what you are saying.. And this is the lady responding back, “This is your balance”.. Again I try to say that I was advice a different amount.. Well to make the story short when I called again and she picked up and me thinking that is someone else again I was literally put in my place like a little kid that didn’t know what she was talking.. I asked her to please to transfer me to speak to someone else.. Guess what happened, she hung up on me.. A second time I called and again the same lady picked up and hung up on me.. Until a third called I got a really nice lady name Lori who I even thanked her for not being rude and not hanging up the phone on me.. Children’s Specialized Hospital the only thing I ask among other people is to be treated like a human being with dignity and respect.. There are thousands of people out there right now without a job that would do anything to have this lady’s job.. Children’s Specialized Hospital you should re-evaluate the performance of your employees specially of that lady that was so unprofessional.. This kind of behavior makes your really good employees look bad.. I really hope I get a quick response from guys..

made my son with adhd sit for over an hour for a evaluation, tried to reschedule and couldnt get anything until 6 months out . . was told to just and wait HOW can you accurately evaluate a child adter hes been hysterical for over a hour !

Scammers!!!! They do not submit pre-authorization to insurance to cover your bill. I wasn't told about the benefit fund until my child completed his therapy. Shavane knew about my acct and didn't reach out to me to help or make me aware. My insurance company said they did not submit proper documentation to them. They are still giving me the run around 2 yrs later. I'm contacting Warren MOORE because this is just ridiculous
