I've been trying to make a speech and occupational therapy appointment for my son for WEEKS, and still nothing! Our doctor said it was urgent to be seen ASAP! I sent in the scripts, and even after a week y'all still didn't get the scripts that were sent by email which I was told would only take 24 hours to put in his file. RecommendedFirst of all until today I didn’t had any complaints about Children’s Specialized Hospital.. I am a mom of 3 kids who they all attend to the hospital for various reasons.. Today I got a phone call from your billing department and the lady on line was so not understanding or willing to help with what I was trying to say.. This place is horrendous
Amazing and caring staff who love their jobs!! A warm environment with great therapists, psychologists and others that help the patient get to their optimal level of health!! That’s why I work there!!
Can't get anyone on the phone. You must leave a message and get a call back. Since I have no idea when they'll call back this is not feasible. Not a proper way to handle billing. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing ....very poor sharing of info among departments in regards to insurance info.
made my son with adhd sit for over an hour for a evaluation, tried to reschedule and couldnt get anything until 6 months out . . was told to just and wait HOW can you accurately evaluate a child adter hes been hysterical for over a hour !
