Terrific doctor, nurse practitioner and staff - highly recommend!
The medical staff is fine but the admin is absolutely atrocious. Scheduling, routine paperwork, etc. etc. is a byzantine maze of bureaucracy. They are either understaffed, horribly mismanaged, or both.
My 3 children have been going to Children’s Ped & Associates since they were toddlers. We enjoyed all of the care providers that have assisted us along the way but we feel in love with Dr. Simms. The front desk staff is always so warm and welcoming. They seem to always have the answer to my questions and are always willing to help.
Everyone is professional from front desk to MA and provider. I have been going to this Clinic for 6 years now. No complaints at all!
