A wellness checkup
Our appointment was at 8:00 we got there around 7:30 and we're back inside the doctor's offices by 8:10. They have multiple soft and rounded chairs to sit on for the children to play on them and not get hurt. There's play carpets and television set play different cartoons to engage the children. There's a large handicap accessible bathroom for both men and women. And it's on the same side of the road as the parking deck. The main entrance is right off 4th Avenue South across the street from the Ronald McDonald house.
Great experience amazing doctors and nurses
Customer Service was great. Whenever we looked confused about where we were going. Employees approached in a friendly manner to assist us. Other hospitals and clinics should study their approach to customer service. Our drive from Mobile was worth the trip. Great patient care as well.
