I've been there for a shoulder injury, therapy/rehab and a mountain biking accident. Both times everyone was great. Doctor was great and to the point with options. I will keep going here!
Aside from no one EVER calling me back when I leave voicemails, or respondong to email inquires to schedule appts, I finally got my daughter an appt. get to such appt only for NO ONE to be there. Granted I was 4 whole minutes late, someone couldve had the decency of calling me to say they were leaving. Service is terrible per the usual. Im the least bit surprised
Arrived today to get a cast for my son. The receptionist was very disrespectful. It took me standing there staring at her for two minutes before she acknowledged that we were even there. Then we got a rude "how can I help you?" Funny how the individuals that arrived after us received a "Hey, how are you? How can I help?" She even warned them that there was a two hour wait.
