Rude, unprofessional staff at the front desk! Had to contact my son’s pediatrician just to get things handled before they would do his X-ray! Please Hire competent people!! Wish I could rate this a zero - one is too generous
Never been treated worse! Our handicap daughter had an appointment at 8:30 and had to take her seizure medication early because of this. We sat and watched 10 kids go before her that came in an hour after her. This is unacceptable! Never thought children’s hospital in Birmingham would put her last even though she was there first and early for her appointment. She can’t speak for her self,but her mother and I will! Put the handicap little girl last because she doesn’t matter to them. She’s not as important to them I guess. I ... read more
