My son was transferred here due to having food stuck in his esophagus. My ex and his dad became aggravated with how long everything was taking and threw a tantrum to get things moving faster (they were planning to make my 14-year-old son wait until morning to remove chicken lodged in his esophagus). I called to schedule my toddler a appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. Wouldn’t offer any help to assist me in choosing a doctor. customer service was horrible.

Impossible to get a call back for apt or apt verification. We live 4 hours away and my son had surgery and when they don't call back for a follow-up they act like it is your fault. Also there are 2 separate locations and they do not communicate so we went to the hospital clinic for one appointment as we had been doing to be told after waiting an hour that we were supposed to be at the other office and upon calling the office while on the way there and almost 2 hours late that they had no record of his appointment to get his ... read more
