We have been so fortunate to have found Dr. Novy almost 13 yrs ago when we were interviewing pediatricians for our soon to be first born. We have always received wonderful, warm, and attentive care from Dr. Novy and her great, bilingual staff. Our 3 children love visiting Dr. Novy. The office is welcoming with a separate sick/well area, movies, toys, and beautifully decorated patient rooms. Awesome doctors! Dr. Novy has been taking care of my niece and nephews since day one and they love going to see her! Who can say that about their kids going to the doctor?!?
The staff and the doctors are awesome! I've never had a bad experience. My oldest has been going for about 7 years and my 3 & 2 year old have been going since birth. I'm usually in and out pretty fast.
Dr. Krieg has been our pediatrician for 14 years. Wouldn't even think of having anyone else treat my kids. She takes the holistic approach and is not quick to prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily. 5 star, best of the best!!
