The virtual wait time is ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They also diagnosed me wrong and was going to give me a whole unnecessary surgery.

Came here for an 11:20 am appointment. Get here, im told after already being on the 2nd floor to come to the first floor. Come to the first floor and I'm told to go back o the second floor. Trying juggle 3 autistic kids and attending an appointment shouldn't be this hard. They lack customer service and the Admins are rude
