The clinic experience was good, however a few months later I get a bill for nearly $500 for a “miscellaneous” charge. Called billing and they said it was for the developmental screening performed in clinic, aka milestone questionnaire— yes the kind they do at any pediatric visit. I’ve never heard of anyone being charged this much for routine care—this is with insurance mind you. Have never had this issue before with any other pediatric clinic. Won’t be going back unless someone can reach out and rectify this.
I am generous with 2 stars because the doctors and nurses are great. The office is nearly empty every time I went there and I am not surprised because it is extremely difficult to make an appointment. They claim to have an afterhours nurse line, but it is a front for a different company that has no connection to CNH. My child has complex issues and it’s so hard to get in contact with anyone at this location. I been on hold for almost an hour. This is very frustrating. I also can’t seem to get a response through the patient portal. I’m so disappointed!
The virtual wait time is ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They also diagnosed me wrong and was going to give me a whole unnecessary surgery.
Wonderful service! Was seen fast and by a wonderful doctor! Will come again! Evening hours were great!
