Please tell people they’ll have to pay additional payment of $50 dollars for absolutely no reason even if they have insurance. Place is a money hungry scam care more about money then seeing the patient.
We’ve only had pleasant experiences bringing our 5-month old here, with an efficient check-in system and knowledgeable staff
Facility is new and clean but service is very very poor. Doctors are always behind schedule. Getting information on the phone is nearly impossible and it’s frustrating. We took our daughter for a strep test and were told they’d call us with the results. Nobody did. I called the following day and was left on hold for an hour just for the nurse to say she can’t help and that I should call another location but only ask to speak to front desk.
