I normally don’t leave reviews but I am beyond upset with the type of individuals they have scheduling in the ophthalmology department. I had an appointment in May. I been calling every single week since May and they kept telling me the appointments were not available for November. I called again today and now they tell me they don’t have appointments for November. Very unprofessional!
This was my second time and Children’s National Hospital, my daughter had surgery two days ago,and the staff was very helpful and friendly,and the Nurses were patients efficient and very professional.
I was there twice few years ago when I was getting vaccinated for COVID. It hurts and had a discomfort but felt better after applying cold water with towel to my forehead. Thank God I survived. 5/5 for the visit!
I had a very frustrating experience at the Ophthalmology Department at Children’s National in Prince George’s County. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what they were supposed to do. They were just sitting in front of their computers, saying they weren’t open or available—even though five computers were clearly active, only one person was actually helping patients. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to recognize the excellent service my family received at Children’s National Medical Center in Prince George’s. During a recent visit, Gabrielle King assisted us during check-in, and her professionalism and kindness stood out. She was patient in answering our questions, made sure our paperwork was in order, and helped us ease what could have been a stressful situation.
