Poor customer service and poor communication. The operator for the orthopedic clinic and the supervisor should do better on communicating and addressing patients' concerns.
Was at this department in the beginning of February and I took an X-ray and the technology of the X-ray machine is cool! Dr. Tosi was so busy with her patients that Tuesday so it took a while to wait until she came in to see me. Children’s is truly the best!! ✔️
Refused to schedule an appt for my son because I said he had muscle and bone growth concerns. Apparently if you mention muscles they refer you out. In the past, this was all done with his ortho doctor (we are new from out of state).
