Poor customer service and poor communication. The operator for the orthopedic clinic and the supervisor should do better on communicating and addressing patients' concerns.
Was at this department in the beginning of February and I took an X-ray and the technology of the X-ray machine is cool! Dr. Tosi was so busy with her patients that Tuesday so it took a while to wait until she came in to see me. Children’s is truly the best!! ✔️
