This clinic correctly diagnosed and treated my daughter after other major hospital systems failed us. It was not an easy or fun process, and the physicians were at first hesitant to even test her for what ended up being the correct diagnosis, but in the end they did and we are grateful for it.
I'm sure the doctors are great, but the front desk staff is the worst I have ever encountered. On two separate occasions we waited over an hour to see the doctor who never showed. I have sat on hold with the front desk for over an hour trying to reach someone about the status of our appointments only for the call to be disconnected or sent to voicemail. Dr William Gaillard is my third and current neurologist. He is the only one who actually put me on the right medication and dosage. Walking into hospital is a bit hectic but when you have an appointment it was okay for me. I’m not sure about all the other neurologists but Gaillard is heavily booked but he answers emails in less than 24hrs. He’s very informative and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. His PCAs are amazing. Kathryn Havens has been by my side for over 2 years and Cardin Brandt is super nice. I definitely plan to stay w... read more
