Some doctors are good, especially Dr Dave. But overall I'm not impressed. I went once for speech therapy, they evaluated my son and then, told me the waiting list to get speech therapy was 3 years... OK, so it was a waste of time for my son and I. We could have directly go to a private SLP who actually has availability for the evaluation and treatment. This clinic correctly diagnosed and treated my daughter after other major hospital systems failed us. It was not an easy or fun process, and the physicians were at first hesitant to even test her for what ended up being the correct diagnosis, but in the end they did and we are grateful for it.
I'm sure the doctors are great, but the front desk staff is the worst I have ever encountered. On two separate occasions we waited over an hour to see the doctor who never showed. I have sat on hold with the front desk for over an hour trying to reach someone about the status of our appointments only for the call to be disconnected or sent to voicemail. Taking off work and pulling kids out of school for hours only to have the provider never come to the appointment is beyond unprofessional and adds unnecessary stress to deali... read more
