Be careful of their billing. I took my daughter for a basic ear infection and flu check. I would have expected to pay $150 for this service during business hours in a Dr office -- Maybe double this rate for after pedi urgent care, so $200-$300. We received a bill for over $1,100 and was reduced to $650 after insurance for an ear check and strep test with no medical findings. I would expect to pay a premium for after hours urgent care support, but this appears to be either a large financial mistake best case or deceptive bill... read more
My child had an allergic reaction and they were extremely thorough. They checked her vitals multiple times, trained me to use an EPI pen and on future symptoms, and put in a referral for an allergist. I was also impressed with their great bedside manner.
The employees here genuinly care and it shows :)
No point in having an appt. Been waiting for over an hour past her appt and no signs of going back soon! Should have gone anywhere else…
