Staff very nice and gentle with my baby
We absolutely love this location and the staff. It does'nt matter what time of day we come. Even with Covid19 going on, we still we where in and out of the building within 40mins. The staff are so nice and on top of everything with my son. He has been going here for almost two years. Not once has Tristen felt uncomfortable or the normal scared of the dentist. Everyone at this dentist office is fantastic from the front office personnel, Michelle the hygentist and of course Dr. Proctor.
We arrived and were greeted nicely. Called back quick. There's lots of activities for the children to see and do. There are jungle animals above the office and to have so much decor, I don't think I saw a speck of dust anywhere. The office was very clean. Never saw bathrooms or other areas. Staff was genuine and kind. Very reassuring for my child and she was most definitely happy and can't wait to go back! What child says that?!?
Staff is very friendly and were good in making my grandson feel relaxed. A very good visit for a 4yr oid.
