Excellent service from the front desk receptionist (very polite & efficient) to all the people who saw me which includes the RN, Nurse Practioner, Dietician and Dr. Patel. I wish I could remember all their names!
Had to wait in ER for 15 hours before being placed in a room
My mother was in the 5th floor neuro ICU on Sunday. Her nurses, specifically Alicia, Carlie, and Michael took excellent care of her (and us). They were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff even tracked down a hair brush for her upon request.

Our Father was in for surgery we could not of asked for a better Surgical team! Staff was amazing and very helpful .Very impressed with this facility
Dr. Murr and all of the bariatric weight loss department are amazing.
We both were very impressed with Tampa General but especially the Norman Parathyroid Center. The 3 Doctors that we interacted with (Drs. Lopez, Ruan and Boone) were simply anaxing. All of the nurses and other medical professionals were exceptional. The process from arrival through discharge was on time and we experienced no delays what so ever. We would best describe it as a "Well oiled Machine" and diffinetely highly recommend the Norman Parathyroid Center as the ONLY facility to consider for Parathyroid surgery.
