I have been going to the migraine clinic for years now. The only reason I haven’t switch is when I have called other neurologist in the area they say since I’m going to where they would end up sending me, they won’t take me. Any time I have had an issue it takes weeks to get ahold of anyone. You have to leave a message. I trusted valet parking, and they lost my vehicle.
RecommendedIt’s hard to put all of this in words but it’s the only hospital where I question how I can figure out a reason to stay longer rather than dying to go home haha! Seriously though. Thanks tgh! @tampageneralhospital
My Experience Was Awesome I Loved It
My wife had tests done in the morning and expected to leave in the afternoon. The cardiologist that was reviewing her condition which was fine went home. As soon as I find out who this person is I'm going to post it. That is ridicules and irresponsible. She knew my wife wanted to go home. I will be appealing the extra charges for the additional overnight stay with insurance. This is insurance fraud.
This has to be the worst hospital I’ve ever been too. I had an emergency c-section and wasn’t able to get enough sleep. Nurses came in almost every hour. They kept telling me to limit my baby’s feeding. They left me without food for long periods of hours. I’ve been the hospital for 6 days and my health has gotten worse. My body is literally exhausted from the constant blood draw and medications. I would not recommend this hospital for anything! Some of the nurses were RUDE!!

Just got released tonight from an 8-day hospitalization at TGH, my second hospitalization in the last 2 weeks. I recently had all of my records transferred over to Tampa General/USF Health from St. Joseph’s Hosptial and I know I made the right decision. Everyone was so nice at Tampa General. The best care anyone could ask for. It was a bit of a long wait for the doctor to come and discharge me today but other than that everything was excellent.
