This is the worse place to take your kids. The receptionist are rude. You hardly ever can get through on the phone. They will answer and put you directly on hold and never return to the call. You have to make two appointments for one thing. And if you don't ask for physical and immunization papers to take to your child's school, you will have to wait until the end of the week to get these papers (even if you had that physical that day). I changed my kids to N. FL Pediatric, they are so much nicer and organized.
