On our last visit, in October 2018, the ER and personnel were terrible. We spent over 2 hours in the waiting room, while my son had a high fever and coughing with strider, listening to workers talk about a rat infestation at the hospital and the unsanitary conditions. When we were taken back, there was trash and used supplies EVERYWHERE. A nurse was telling another nurse to get new supplies and not to use supplies that had ALREADY BEEN USED ON ANOTHER CHILD. That is completely unacceptable. I did not feel good about the care... read more
