I recently switched to the macclenny office from another local pediatric office because of cleanliness. This facility is even worse, there is an inch of dust on everything, the bathroom although it worked was filthy. The exam room had to be cleaned before I allowed them To examine my child. The wait was over 30min our scheduled appointment time was 10:15 and we arrived early but didn’t get seen until 10:52. I came to bring my son since his doctor said if his fever went up to come in well we got here at 7 & explained to the nurse and that we had already given him moltrin and all they have done was confirm he has a fever give him more moltrin and throw us in an auditorium where their meeting are held with about 10 other kids not a room and we still haven’t spoken to a doctor it is 9:45 & no one has even came in here not even to make sure these children are ok WORST CHILDRENS HOSPITAL EVER
Not happy at all; been here twice with 2 of my kids and they never gave a diagnoses. Did an EKG when we were here for his head!
