We've been going to Dr Breit since Bower Hill pediatrics was around. His level of care has seriously declined in the last couple of years. He's been more pushy, and it feels more like your listening to a text book rather than an honest doctor's opinion. Since he merged and moved into UPMC Children's South, the service is not the same. We actually make sure that we DON'T make any appointments with him anymore. I've met with a few other parents that feel the same sentiment.
Is it standard to tell any patient that expresses that they are feeling pain to tell them that they aren’t? So confused by this as it happened to me as an adult speciality patient, and then to my child at an imaging study. People experience stimuli differently. I would love to say that they did a wonderful job, but being dismissive is not it.
I had an excellent experience with CCP. The staff is very nice and welcoming, the nurses are kind and professional, and the pediatricians provide outstanding care. I would definitely recommend them to others!
Dr Pihlbad is an amazing eye doctor and my daughter had a wonderful time!
