My 2 year old son was life flighted here to Children's hospital from St Luke's in Sioux city. He had a seizure and children's has been absolutely AMAZING. The doctors and staff are phenominal.

We stayed here from Oct. 24 to Oct. 27 because my daughter had a lung biopsy on Wednesday. My daughter has Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and some kind of lung disease. The biopsy was to check for what lung disease she has. Everyone was so amazing there and friendly. They cared about what we were going thru. My daughter is on oxygen full-time also so we have a big oxygen concentrator we have to bring and they looked until they found a cart we could use to bring down her concentrator. If I could give a negative number I would. Today was the second time children's ignored my son's symptoms and I had to take him to another er after we left and they did for him what children's wouldn't. All my son needed was fluids because he was so dehydrated and they refused to do it. Well let me just say Bergan Mercy is a God send they treated my son as top priority and went above and beyond to help make my boy comfortable. And low and behold my son is so much better and is eating and drinking normal now that Bergan took ... read more
