I love Dr. Drake and her nurses and most of the staff is okay but I take issue with a clerk. Had issues with how my kids name was entered. Sent email got call from office manager to get issue fixed and for Lisa to say her manager didn't know policy gives me pause. If you can't resolve one simple issue, I start to lose faith in a companies competence.
