I wasn't sure where to post this but I sincerely hope it gets seen by those involved. I would like to thank the ER staff as well as the security staff who all assisted in the care of my daughter Krislynn Sunday evening on 2/25/18. My daughter is severely autistic and is afraid of doctors and hospitals in general. The staff went above and beyond in my opinion with their care in making sure she was made as comfortable as she could be under the circumstances, and ensuring the safety of all involved. I love Dr. Loucks, as do my children. However, some of the receptionist have been rude on occasion which makes it unpleasant to have to call and ask a question.
Our 15 yr old daughter was air lifted to Omaha children’s hospital for brain surgery after an car accident on our way there from nw Kansas we were not only worried about our daughter but what would we do once there and we had to stay long @ children’s hospital you have no worries other then getting your child on the road to recovery the nurses told us about a place where we could stay and have no worries for how long it was the rainbow house and I could never say enough about this wonderful place that takes you in in your ti... read more
My daughter had been in and out. We were getting extremely frustrated and felt like no one was listening to us. The nurse mike had been great both times we went in & he was working. Claire and Trevor were very helpful and nice today as well. The doctor (dr. Kelly) was amazing. I am beyond thankful for how helpful she was and how hands on she was with the whole journey. Tonight we got some answers finally & I am beyond thankful for the staff we had.
