As soon as you got to the front door the Valet greeted you and were very nice and you got the same greetings and friendliness from all the staff that were there. The nurses were exceptional with our son and so was the rest of the staff and Dr during his scopes. Amazing hospital!

They were able to diagnose my grandson right away and get him treated and sent home after surgery within a couple of days. Excellent care from the entire staff. Top notch care and staff!!!!!
We had Dr. Zapata. He thoroughly explained everything we had concerns about. We really liked him! The staff on each floor we had to go to, was very friendly! Thanks for a great visit!
My grandson was scheduled for a dental procedure, and because of the prep, the staff had the door of his room colored with a Disney characters, and a written "Welcome 'his name'. So cute. Then there was the staff who fawned over him and his somewhat nervous mother, along with making them feel more at ease and comfortable. After the procedure they checked on him, making sure they sanitized their hands before entering the room. (This was standard before and after the procedure.) My son just had a cardiac ablation and the whole team there is amazing!! And Dr Erickson as always explained everything so we would understand!! Hands down the best hospital EVER!
