Dr Gu our neurologist, Dr. Peter Chairelli our Neurosurgeon and Dr Nguyen are amazing. Great experience, humble knowlegable, kind and very thorough. They were so easy to talk to. I love that my son and I were very comfortable Ive had a pretty bad expereince from our last neurologist.
My daughter had craniosynostosis and required neurosurgery at CHLA. We chose CHLA after meeting with two other hospitals. She had an invasive surgery and CHLA and all her surgeons were supportive, present and professional. They visited multiple times when she was in recovery and checked in with us to answer questions. Dr. McComb is the best! You cannot beat CHLA when it comes to pediatric neurosurgery. I’ll forever be appreciative.
This doctor is knowledgeable but un ethical and unprofessional. When I had an altercation. With office staff she proceeded to treat me different and was condescending . This visit was an important MRI result follow up for my 11 month old baby . Completely unprofessional. If you want to avoid stress avoid Joanne from the front desk and Dr. Kiehna that can't be unprofessional. When dealing with critical illness if you don't want somebody unprofessional in front of you or on your child's team! Dissapointing.
