Staff and doctors are amazing. my son is better here.
I've never even met our neurologist. She won't prescribe one extra dose of my son's rescue medication for school. We are desperate to speak to someone about my son's condition and constantly being blown off. They just add insult to injury. Terrible.
Dr. Ng is an amazing neurologist and we are very lucky to have him to help care for our son.
Thank you for putting me on hold at 4:42 pm to look into my infant son’s referral and hanging up on me at 5:04 pm without ever coming back on the phone.Just for me to call back and get your automated “we are closed” message. Not only did I spend all day doing your referral and scheduling departments jobs for them, I also had to fight to have my son seen here. Ain’t going to fly in person.
