They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me.
