Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

They were very gentle and careful Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
