All around amazing. The doctors and nurses listen and care.
This lab does NOT meet the Children’s Hospital gold standard. If you need labs done by Children’s make the drive to Omaha. I let the Phlebotomist know that my daughter is a hard stick and to check both arms. She checked one and I could tell immediately when she poked it would not be successful yet she kept moving the needle while my daughter winced in pain trying to get it.
