It has been months, and nobody asked me to do this, but I would like to thank Michelle Sadow for her exceptional service when I came in with my son. Even though we ended up needing the device, Michelle made me feel so seen. My son also had a BM and she was so gracious, giving us everything we needed to make us comfortable. I have been calling for weeks trying to schedule my sons appointments before someone decided to call me back. The call lasted 6minutes and 40 seconds. I assure you I was on hold for 6 minutes and the 40 seconds was her telling me to hold on and her telling me she would call me back. I never received a call back and have been calling them for a week only to get the machine saying to leave a voicemail.
