They treat employees like dirt.
We had a great experience taking our daughter (4 months old) to Children’s hospital primary care. Carrie immediately made a very sweet impression on me and although she was not our nurse she popped in during the visit just to give my baby some smiles. The Dr. resident and Dr. we saw were fantastic and very thorough with excellent bedside manner. The rest of the nurses we interacted with and front desk staff were friendly and sweet. i would never recommend these hospital for any single child rude Nurses who behaves like they are not even willing to work they are so rude. they need to learn how to treat patient.
This place is horrible as a primary care. Your child is really just being practiced on and never sees just one doctor. My children have seen a different provider for the past 3 years each visit. They have no convenience for the parents at all. You can’t get document faxed or sent everything has to be picked up and nothing is right on MyChart. I tried to give it chance but I’m finding another primary. The front staff are unprofessional and the ER is no better. You’ve been warned!!
