My child had fever 101 we waited 6 hours and still haven't been seen I had to drive to another place to get her seen horrible service i hate them will never comw there again
Horrible experience I went there twice in two weeks with my sick daughter who they sent home each time saying to let it run its course. I took her to urgent care with piedmont two days later and they did chest X-rays and she has pneumonia. Very unprofessional doctors and staff they didn’t even test her for anything other than Covid and flu. I don’t recommend coming here if you are sick don’t risk it.
I've always brought my boys here for care. They provide fast, efficient care. This time was very special, Calvin the respiratory therapist along with Marina were very sweet and attentive as well as Nurse Pope. Nurse Pope brought my son an Easter basket since we are here on this day. Moments like this are so heartwarming, a reminder that these care professionals often dont get to enjoy their holidays with family and friends but they show up for our families without delay and WITH love and care. I appreciate you all 💛
