Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional experience. My daughter was discharged with pink eye and an ear infection, but the hospital failed to send her medication to CVS. After telling me to drive back to Hughes Spalding to pick it up, they rudely turned me away at the door once i got there due to a "Code Red." When I called back for help, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, abruptly stating that my daughter didn't have insurance so I would just have to pay out of pocket anyway. Worst location I have been too. Came here from a incident that happened at my child’s school instead of going to urgent care believing they would be more helpful in regards to more methods needed and literally have sat here for 5 hours to get Motrin and Tylenol . First dose of pain meds were two hours after being in the back. No ct scan. No nothing !!!
Our hospital stay here was the best experience I’ve ever had. The doctors, nurses and staff were dedicated, attentive, professional and caring. We were fully informed the entire time. A treatment plan was developed and implemented to ensure that our little one got the best care possible. And he loved every single one of them. Thank you for your services.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta! During my son’s life-threatening allergic reaction, the medical team acted quickly and provided exceptional care. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication helped save his life. Every physician, nurse, and staff member we encountered made a frightening experience more manageable. As a mother, I am forever grateful to the CHOA team for taking such wonderful care of my son. Thank you for everything!
