My child came in for a fracture injury. There were a team of two who had to place the splint on his body. Neither knew what leg or where the injury was. So they had to make my child endure pain in order to figure out what leg it was. Then, while one was wrapping the bandage, the other was literally holding/grabbing where the fracture was. I had to immediately jump in and tell her she was grabbing the injured area, which ultimately caused my poor child to cry out in pain. Worst children healthcare in Georgia they take forever and the people in the front are rude and just sit and watch their phone and don’t care about your kids concerns never coming here again they should close this place down immediately

My valet experience was overall very terrible today. the older black, bald gentleman was incredibly rude, passive aggressive and nonchalant. not only did he misinform me by telling me the valet was self parking when I spotted him. Being that I’ve came previous times and was parked I figured he either didn’t want to take my car or was busy so I asked another female Valet worker. Dr. Goel was the best to my bonus daughter. We brought her to the hospital to mitigate a vaginal rash that we had assumed was diapers rash. We saw a total of three providers before Dr. Goel came to us. Ella was misdiagnosed three different times before Dr. Goel was able to not only properly diagnose Ella but, she was able to provide immediate relief for Ella rash physically and for our family emotionally. We are so grateful to Dr. Goel for taking such attention and care to our baby.
