We have been taking our child to Dr. Hoving for 11 years and absolutely love her as a physician. However, over the past year, the office staff and clinic policies have made it incredibly difficult to stay. Last year, the front desk staff argued with me about my child’s vaccines, said that children must receive all mandatory vaccines to remain a patient in the clinic per policy, threatened to cancel our appointment and drop us as patients right there in the waiting room.
