I started with Children's Healthcare Assoicates in their Chicago location with Dr. Lyon's who was incredible! When we moved to the suburbs four years ago, we switched to Dr. Shapiro as she was in the Northbrook office far more often and we couldn't be happier. We can ALWAYS get in to see someone when we need to, they always will call me back quickly to answer any questions I may have and we have been so happy with all the providers we have seen when Dr. Shapiro is not avaialbe. Both my children have their pediatricians here. I can always get an appointment, the staff is incredibly warm and friendly and the doctors/nurses all work together seamlessly to provide consistent care. The doctors also have great connections to some of the finest pediatric specialists at Luries, which has been proven so helpful to our family.
Everyone is so kind and patient. We absolutely love taking our kids here and they love coming here. Dr. Shapiro is absolutely fantastic - She is kind, patient and understanding. The other physicians in the office are also wonderful! Highly recommend!!
