The doctors here are top notch! They truly care about your children. After three kids going here I can say they are truly my favorite pediatric office that I’ve been to. They treat your children with respect and compassion. They offer solutions to your children’s health issues.
Drs that contradict eachother and a big misdiagnosis and treatment of my son was my last straw. Thanks for letting my poor baby hurt for longer! Highly recommend Edwards pediatric ER if you think you don’t agree with a diagnosis from this office.
We love going here�! All the staff is sincerely nice from front desk , to their wonderful nurses especially and I would like to emphasize special mention to Nurse Helen!!! She's the sweetest ever! Very genuine and caring! They help us in any way along with making us feel as if we are part of their family! We never felt at "home" in comparison to previous experience. We have been with Children's Health Partners ever since my 2 girls were born. They are now 12 and 10 and we are still going! We usually see Dr. Scherer, but we have met most of the other doctors at one time or another. They are all knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly and family oriented.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this group of talented doctors. They are all great. I love how they have such respect for one another and truly get to know their patients. i have never been to a practice where I truly like and trust all of the doctors until coming here. I have an almost 3 year old and a newborn who are both seen here. My nearly 3 year old LOVES coming to the doctor. We have been using CHP for the past 7 years since moving her from downtown Chicago. All three of my children have been seen here since they were babies. We have had nothing but an outstanding experience. Everyone from the office staff, to the nurses and the Doctors are top notch. You won't find a better pediatrician office is the Naperville area.
