Do not go here with high expectations! Dr wang or whatever her name is the worse eye dr I have ever taken my child to see. We spent 2 hours in this place and saw her for 5 min. She didn’t have an answer for any of my questions and told me to ask other people the answers she should know. She is a specialist. A horrible one. Not to mention I don’t think she even read my sons chart to know anything about him and this bogus RX she gave me is ridiculous!!! We had an amazing experience at the clinic, every interaction was professional. Special shout out to Claire, the orthoptist, who took her time to explain everything to me and answer ALL of my questions! Thank you guys for making this experience a positive one for me and my child!
Wasn't impressed with this place at all: front desk lady was nice, the first nurse was horrible and had the worst bed side manner and kept mumbling to herself (I couldn't really hear what she was saying and she was really slow with everything. It almost seemed like she didn't wanna be there). Dilated my little son's pupils and never came back until I asked how much longer we'd have to wait. Worst place ever, they treat you like trash if you have CHIP, I still pay for the insurance and they act like I have no insurance for my son. My son suffers from a degenerative eye disease and they have done nothing to help him. I definitely do not recommend 😑 It's a shame so many Doctors forgot about the hippocratic oath they took. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The worst experience with any doctor I’ve had for my son. We came in when my son was 3 months old. To start, the first nurse that was supposed to do the initial assessment was incredibly impatient with him and us. My son was crying (duh, he’s a baby) and that frustrated the nurse and she was getting irritated with us because we weren’t sure how to assist her (& she was giving absolutely no direction in what she needed from us).
