RecommendedIn August of 2011, my youngest son (TriMicah Junior) had a blood transfusion. He was just 9 days old. They were able to complete the procedure and return him to our care in less than a month. They're LIFESAVERS!

RecommendedC10 Staff is amazing! This is our 3rd stay here at Children’s and my child and I have never felt so important or cared for! Dr. Price and Dr Armstrong are out of this world amazing! RecommendedHands down, THE BEST experience! From Michelle and her friends in the ER, to Dr Lee, Tuan and the rest of the OR staff, to Rosie, Rick and the other amazing nurses on the floor, I am SO grateful! You all were so kind, compassionate, and caring. You made a bad day a little bit better. The nurses/staff even came in so quietly trying not to disturb my kiddo while sleeping in order to check his vitals. I have zero complaints and a million praises. Thank you all for what you do!

Horrible customer service. I know covid is ongoing but when you have a infant getting surgery parents are nervous. I could have gone without the rude comments like “this has been explained to you” especially when we are literally receiving conflicting information minutes apart. I understand only one parent could be there but I was the one paying. Children’s ER hospital refusing to admit my child after she was sent here a week ago by her psychiatrist for not eating due to a severe eating disorder & now attempted suicide today. They are claiming she is not at risk & their recommendation is to send her home despite a live conversation with my child’s psychiatrist tonight advising to admit her.

The care at the time (4 and a half years ago to be precise) was subpar, and I just got a bill TODAY, although the account was marked paid in full 4 years ago, and a billing/insurance issue on the hospitals end was resolved over 2 years ago. The fact that I haven’t set foot in the building in 4 and a half years, haven’t had to make a payment to them in over 4, and I’m still dealing with this is unacceptable.
