Very very slowwwwww called for vitals and sat back down in the waiting area then called to the back to wait even longer this is beyondddddd ridiculoussssss spend wayyyyy too much time in this office just for a visit that takes literally 5 minutes

If you can avoid this children's I would. This was my first time bringing my son here for back to school shots and exams. The receptionist (all 3 of them) were extremely rude. Our appointment was at 3:30 which we arrived at 3:25 and weren't seen until after 4pm. Somewhere around 4:10pm. While sitting in the waiting area there were three families who had been waiting for over an hour and were extremely frustrated. The receptionist treated them terrible. This is my first time here with my twins. Front desk staff is very ruled. Laughing and joking while parents are waiting to be checked in😩 Wait time is very long to get called to the back
