phlebotomist got irritated with my 4 year old because she try to draw his blood like he’s grown … wont come back to this location I NEVER HAD this problem

The Anacostia location is very unprofessional. The staff members can be extremely rude. They will engage in altercations with patients parents instead of trying to resolve an issue they will be combative, they will laugh in your face, sit in front of patients discussing issues about patients and their families. The staff will sit and have inappropriate conversations for a work place with one another while patients and their families are waiting. i’ve never had a bad experience and been coming since 2017. Yes you may spend an hour or two for about 20mins of actual treatment but i have only witnessed faster service in southern states. Dr.Nash is the reason I made my review she took the time to ensure my 7yr old was okay even though we were there for an appointment for my 3yr old. She help solve some issues and go more in depth to help him with issues we have had since he has been 1. Impossible to get anything administrative done. When I moved to DC it took forever for them to get records, and now I'm moved away impossible to get any of my kids records or get anyone on the phone.
