The physicians and nurses are wonderful. But one of the receptionists in Haverhill office was not good. Hopefully, CHC can improve the service in front desk.

I was an old patient at the newburyport location. When I contacted childrens healthcare about faxing and inquirig about my immunization records they told me I had already gotten my meningitis b shots, however they lied and I had not. I could have gotten the shots for free at my school but they told me I was all set and now I have to pay 350$ for shots i could have gotten for free and its all their fault. Would never recommend this place they have no idea what they are doing.
we arrived at our appointment 5 minutes late. We were told to fill out paperwork. After doing so we waited. The lady at the front desk looked at her computer and sighed, went out back. when returning she called me up and said since we were so late they had to reschedule. The doctor was the one that said this. She apologized. My son was missing school and now had to reschedule and possibly miss more school.
