I have been trying to get my daughter seen here since January. Our March appointment was cancelled and pushed to June, and now the June appointment has been cancelled as well. After waiting six months for care, there was not a single apology or explanation from the doctor. It is incredibly unprofessional. If you value a provider who respects their patients and takes accountability, look elsewhere.
Everyone here is so helpful. We have been with Dr.B since the kids were little and are grateful for all the help and support.
Double vision problem diagnosed and provided me with a prescription for corrective lenses which I will receive in about two weeks. Looking forward to my new glasses. A very satisfying experience with very caring people at Children’s Eyecare of Los Gatos.
