I love this place. We live in Houston...nowhere close to Richmond, yet I drive all the way there because these people are so great and the place so kid friendly. The boys always leave with smiles.
Awesome staff! Took my daughter for her first cleaning recently and was super impressed! Everyone was so nice and adjusted well with a typical '2 yr old freak out'. Dr. Medina was very patient, informative, and sweet... As were the hygienists! Definitely recommending to friends/ family!
I took my children to see Dr. Alice. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door with warm smiles and hello's. The staff was Amazing and so kind. Dr. Alice was so thorough, she explained everything and went over everything in detail. I Love her and her staff. This is the ONLY Dentist I will ever take my children too. I would recommend that you bring your child or children to see Dr. Alice. You will Love her and her Staff. I cannot thank them enough. The dental hygienist (Karen I think) was amazing! She was friendly and very interactive with my kiddo and me. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Dr. Alice Luan is AMAZING. She answered all the questions I had and was very polite. We've been coming here for years and I recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for an always pleasant experience!
Been bringing my 6yr old here since he was 6 months, and never had an issue. :) I love love love them, everyone is always so nice & friendly. Now I'm bringing my 9 month old daughter here. :D
We have been seeing Dr. Vincent Luan since the office opened and have never had a problem till now. The customer service I received this morning was upsetting. Office staff needs some manors and could learn how to talk to patients especially when I was being as nice as I could be due to the situation. Needless to say I will be finding some where else to take my girls.
My son,Skyler have been done tooth surgery with Dr. Alice Luan last monday. He have to do eight tooths filling and three crowns at the same time. At the beginning i was worried about him coz he is my tiny lil boy 3.5yr olds. Dr. Alice has done a great job!! She was amazing dentist ever!!! Also, Staffs was friendly (Sandy) She was answers all my questions with patient. I will recommend to all my friends from now. Thank again u guy done a good job!!^^
We have been going here for 6 years and I love them. The staff is amazing Dr. Vincent and Dr. Alice are amazing with my kids. We have had 3 dramatic teeth issues and they have helped us every time. Thank you to everyone at Childrens Dentistry od Texas!!!
