This office is outstanding.We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door.The staff was Amazing and so kind. Dr. Alice was so thorough, she explained everything and went over everything in detail. I Love her and her staff. This is the ONLY Dentist I will ever take my children too. I would recommend that you bring your children to see Dr. Alice. You will love her and her team. I cannot thank them enough.
My son had some baby teeth that would not getting out of the way to make room for the adult teeth. The baby teeth were causing him some problem. He was SO nervous about going to the dentist. The staff and dentist were FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Made him as comfortable as he would allow them to. They were calming and explained what was happening in a way that educated him rather than causing him additional stress. We love this place!! My 5 year old had been to several dentist and she would not let them work on her. She felt very comfortable the moment we walked into this place. Even my 2 year old loves it! Everyone is so kind and they do awesome work on my little ones teeth. She just went in last week for a filling. Dr medina was great with her, she talked to her the whole time at a child's level and made her feel at ease. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with children!
This place is outstanding. The staff members were so friendly and very organized and understanding. I asked many questions that I had conserns of my 5 year old daughter and they answered to me very quickly. Im glad to have my daughter to be a member of Childrens Dentistry of Texas and we both look forward to great visits again. Thank you for helping me!
Dr. Medina is absolutely AWESOME with scared, special needs patients. She was able to get my little one at ease in no time! She was ready to go back. All the staff are such pleasant and compassionate people, who cater to your needs. Thank you!
I've always been pleased but after today because I was running 5 minutes late having to wait an hour amd 15 minutes in the waiting room I may not be going back. A check in tome would be a better way to keep track of patients times they get there.
Dr. Alice, Dr. Vincent, and staff are #GREAT! They are always very understanding, caring, and friendly! We switched over from a different dentist, about 2 year's ago, because my son hated his previous dentist . Everyone is always so great and very patient with him here at Children's Dentistry Of Texas! I was so glad that my niece referred my family to Children's Dentistry Of Texas ! My child really likes going his dental appointments now!
