This is a wonderful office and very professional. I recommend this office to every parent. My children love this office.
This place is TERRIBLE... I WILL NEVER come back, staff is soo unprofessional and the DR? I have to question if he is a real DR or not. My appt. was at 4:00 I did not leave until 6:25 just for a cleaning. If this was the last place to take my children I would not, the office is a mess and not kid friendly at all.
Horrible bedside manner. He is rude, condescending towards the children, and impatient if they are nervous. He made all 3 of my children scream in fear and pain. Telling them to be quiet. We are finding a new dentist.
Not clean enough for my expectations... Staff is ok, dentist is ok... I really don't care for his manners though. Just telling the truth.
Had an appointment at 930 was there early, waited until 1030 and ask how much longer because I have to be at work, I was told there's still someone else in front of you and that I should probably just go on to work. No apologies that I waited for over an hour with an 8 month old and a 3 year old and no offer to reschedule. The staff are rude and not friendly at all.
I wouldnt give them any stars at all if I could! This was the WORST place I have ever been to. All the reviews are great... im betting because they delete the bad ones... first off the staff was EXTREMELY rude!..... SECONDLY the pictures of the rockets all over the walls and the soace paintings covering the walls... DO NOT EXSIST in the facility... the walls are bare with small pcitures scattered around.... The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! piles of trash everywhere.. wet slippery floors and watered down hand soap. LAS... read more
This place was such a wonderful change from my children's last dentist office. So calm and the staff is so genuinely friendly!!
this dentistry dr and staff should be rated one off the best in ga. i toook your son there and the care and time they took with dealing with him was amazing. i say this because i tooken my son to other dentis and they either refuse to see him or quite in the middle of the procedure. all i can say is thanks childrens dentistry of hiram and staff....
