This place tortured my granddaughter ...NO COMPASSION NO KINDNESS....Can anyone tell me if a dentist has to take an empathetic oath?????? I'll keep writing terrible reviews for this place!!! DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE !!!
My kids have been going here a long time. We drive from the south hill to the northside for each visit. They saw someone new today. He didn't address me the entire time, tell me what the outcome was for any of my 3 kids, or even introduce himself to my kids before looking at the xrays/teeth. I work in the medical field. Highly disappointed in our visit today. I had to actually ask the staff the outcome of today's visit. We will be switching care.
Don't be in the bathroom the day before your appointment. They'll call, and if you don't answer they'll cancel your appointment. Even if you call back in 20 minutes. Then your appointment will be moved a month forward. Now it's too late to save my son's canines like they said they could. And having toys only for kids with no cavities is rude. Not all kids are blessed with perfect teeth whether they take care of them or not.
My 2 yr son is so energetic that I'm always worried he will be to much for the dentist. The staff here are so great he minds them very well. They are always making sure he is having fun and not afraid to come back. He even opens his mouth and points to his teeth when he sees his doctor.
My children loved it.. So fast and we can communicated with workers. Also environment very interesting and beautiful. Awesome place!�
My 2 year old fell and broke two teeth, went in and had him checked out by Dr Jay. He pulled them and got us out of there start to finish in just under 2 hrs. Did a great job and the staff was so friendly! Also loved the waiting area because it really kept my 4 year old occupied while brother was having work done :-) Definitely having all my children's dental work done there!
Love the waiting room such a cute theme! The staff are great with my now 3 yr old twins. Alway work on them at the same time. The kids have fun when they go and alway want to go back. The huge saltwater tanks are gorgeous.
