RecommendedMy children have been coming here about 2 years. Always loved it and no issues! Amid Covid, 2 of my 3 got sore teeth (come to find out just have others growing in causing pain!) I needed to bring them in, but myself and my kids will not be forced to wear a mask..... so I was reluctant. Called to make an appointment... but first question was “do you require masks”.... the answer I received is the answer I needed to hear “we recommend, we do not require” THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Do not bring your children to the North Spokane Children's Dental Village! Joshua could have died from an abscessed tooth. I brought him there a month ago for a basic cleaning and filing. A week ago he was complaining of pain. The dentist only filed down his tooth and filling a little bit, then sent him home. A few days later he's crying in pain. They wanted to send him to get a root canal at a place with a 3 WEEK WAIT for an appointment. I called around for an emergency appointment, thank God I found a place. I just spent $... read more

I took my daughter in and she got her teeth pulled per her orthodontist and was supposed to have had one more tooth pulled that was missed. I was frustrated especially because we told them she was supposed to have the tooth pulled. Upon calling to schedule the lady at the front desk was very friendly and looked into right away. When she called me back she said they would waive the laughing gas fee and only had to pay for the tooth being pulled.
