Wonderful Staff and Wonderful Dentist!! My niece loves this place!!!
We took our boys today for their very first dental visit. Made a big deal, got them very excited, and ended up waiting a full hour in the waiting room before we finally decided to leave. Very disappointing to us and our kids! Our only interaction was with the receptionist, when we first checked in, and then when we turned in paperwork. No updates on our wait time. No real welcome as new patients to a new practice. And when we left, no one tried to make it right...poor customer service! We certainly will be looking for a more... read more
